【The Team】
The Commerce Cloud Solution Engineering team is an innovative group of professionals at the heart of the Commerce Cloud’s industry leading solutions. This talented team helps this Company customers and prospects develop and implement strategies to take their digital commerce efforts to an entirely new level. Through collaboration with the customer plus the Commerce Cloud Account Executives and Professional Services teams, the Solution Engineers help to develop unique solutions that assist our customers connect with their customers in new ways.
The Commerce Cloud Solution Engineering team as a part of a larger Solutions Engineering team sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Services and Product. This unique perspective provides the opportunity for the Solution Engineer to interact with the entire customer lifecycle. 【About Solution Developer - CC】
Unleashes the potential of this Company Commerce Cloud based on his/her technical skills, leverages our partner eco-system to build the new X-commerce experience.
Leads the advanced developer community as a technical evangelist to accelerate the new X-commerce experience.
【Responsibilities】
・Understand and communicate our company message at both a technical and business level
・Provide digital commerce expertise and guidance to clients
・Guide prospective clients to the merits and strength of the Commerce Cloud solution
・Develop and present custom demonstrations based on perspective client requirements using
・JavaScript, HTML, CSS and API
・Author and provide presentation both to executive-level and working-level client audiences
・Document all client meetings and decisions in Salesforce CRM
・Assist account executives in development of Target Account Selling strategies, proposal and RFI/RFP responses
・Remain current in industry and technology trends
・Articulate market requirements and needs to R&D and Marketing organizations in clear, concise manner
・Organize communications between teams and external vendors to develop solutions
・Build the “Eco-system” with local partners
スキル・経験
【必須(MUST)】
・Japanese language fluency + business level English language skills
・eCommerce industry experience
・Minimum of 5 years of sales, marketing, operations, and/or technical consulting experience in a Software company
・Proven track record in giving sales-oriented presentations to executive-level audiences
・Successful participation in sales cycle in a pre-sales/technical consulting role
・Exceptional oral and written commination skills
・Ability to manage multiple prospects and activities concurrently
・Strong and creative problem-solving and analytical skills
・Wide and deep technical skills
・Highly motivated, persuasive and success driven personality with high attention to detail
・Ability to work as part of team
