職務内容
The Technical Product Manager will lead product feature definition data and mobile operator partner integrations for Cinarra’s product lines with a specific focus on platform reports and analytics, along with specific customizations for the Japanese market. Ownership of customer-facing API documentation is also part of this role, as well as for creation and maintenance of user’s guides and production of sales enablement materials. A key responsibility of the the Technical Product Manager would be to partner with the Ad Ops and sales team to troubleshoot and report campaign execution and performance issues and UAT activities with mobile operator partners.
【Duties & Responsibilities】
・Provide input to Cinarra’s Product Roadmap across - UI/UX, Analytics and Measurement, Serving and Optimization - based on feedback from Japanese customers, data and mobile operator partners, and Cinarra’s Japanese Sales team
・Work closely with Ad Ops and Sales to do UAT testing, troubleshooting and reporting campaign execution and performance issues
・Work closely with US and Russia-based engineers to ensure that product features are implemented as specified
・Serve as a communication bridge between Japan and Cinarra’s engineering offices in the US and Russia
・Ownership of Japan field technical support, data and mobile operator partner integration activities
・Ownership of Japan-specific platform extensions via external partner ingestion of Cinarra APIs, including customer-facing API documentation
・Work closely with marketing and sales to help them develop and delivery of Japanese language sales training material
必須スキル・経験
・Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Japanese and English
・Strong Agile product management experience
・Extensive familiarity and relevant experience working across a variety of modern display advertising platforms such as Demand Side Platforms (DSP), Data Management Platforms (DMP), Supply Side Platforms (SSPs), Ad Exchanges and other advertising and analytics platforms
・Deep understanding of RTB, auctions, targeting, and optimization
・Significant experience working with major Japanese advertising agencies
・Experience working with API endpoints
・Strong knowledge of SQL
・Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
・A driven and disciplined individual with a strong work ethic who is willing to back up their opinions with data and hold firm to them
・A humble demeanor, a collaborative attitude, an ability to work across cultures, and an excitement to learn
・B.S. in Engineering or an analytical discipline such as Mathematics or Economics
