・Leads strategic media planning and execution excellence, ensuring high‑quality output, commercial accountability, and clear communication across clients, internal teams, and partners.
・Acts as a senior advisor and team leader, developing talent, guiding problem‑solving, and representing the agency in senior‑level client discussions and presentations.

・10–15+ years in media / advertising agencies, including ownership of senior client relationships and team leadership.
・Strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals.
・In depth knowledge of branding, media planning, and market research.
・Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in PowerPoint and visual storytelling.
・Ability to clearly articulate the rationale, content, and execution of communication plans.
・Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
・Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and develop innovative solutions.
・Collaborative approach to building client relationships and working across teams.
・Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes.
・Eagerness to learn and adapt.
・Japanese: Native Level
