職務内容
● Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the local client portfolio
● Deliver revenue performance for the Company’s publisher partners through ongoing management of DSPs, Trading Desks, Agencies and Brands
● Provide training and support to buyers based within the region on the full buy-side product portfolio
● Work closely with the Company’s seller teams to identify opportunities for publishers to grow RTB revenue (Programmatic Guaranteed, Private Marketplace & Curated Deals, Open Exchange)
● Match traffic with buyers based on geographic/contextual/demographic targeting, impression volumes and eCPM performance
● Coordinate with internal groups to launch new campaigns and troubleshoot existing campaigns
● Maximizethevalue of existing campaigns and deals
● DriveDisplay, Mobile & Video Revenue Forecast performance accurately within territory
● This role to be able to collaborate with the client’s senior POC
● Create new proposals and plan new media plans to lead the agency’s and DSP’s to scale the business with our company in Japan
● Sellanydevice to be able to have our company's source deals to expand to the omnichannel level.
●Manage junior person for better team performance.
必須スキル・経験
● BA/BSdegreerequired or equivalent work experience in relevant discipline; post-graduate degree a plus
● 5+year’sexperience working in advertising industry or similar function
● 2+year’ssupervisory experience managing and leading teams in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial company
● Experience in ad tech industry preferred
● Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented job a plus
● Experience with a global business preferred
● Understanding of digital advertising industry, and programmatic market a plus
● Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
● Ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to prospects/clients during sales processes
● Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of the organization.
● Exceptional customer service and organizational skills are must
● Must payattention to details and be able to identify problems
●Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment

Technical Competencies (if required): ● Strongcomputer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) ● Priorexperience with ad management systems, mobile platforms, mobile SDKs, cookies a plus ● Experience with SDK, Mediation, Mobile Video, Rewarded Video, and Ad Serving technologies ● Anunderstanding of how systems work together in RTB (both open auction and private marketplaces), Automated Guaranteed, and Ad Serving landscapes ● Strong understanding of Internet advertising is a must (account set up, inventory and tag management, click reconciliation, etc.) ● Expert knowledge of all aspects of the businesses and marketplaces of Buyer and Seller Clouds of our company, including Real Time Bidding, Ad Networks, Agencies, Trading Desks, DSPs, malware, non-human traffic, ad operations and ad servers, and the overall advertising ecosystem. ● Expert knowledge and understanding of online advertising dynamics and campaign planning & buying, (specifically as related to Real Time Bidding) ● Expert knowledge of 3rd party ad servers, Mobile DSPs and Mobile SSPs. ● Expert knowledge of DemandSide Platforms, Ad Exchanges, Data Management Platforms. ● Expert knowledge of ad industry technologies including auction-based ad exchanges, ad serving, behavioral targeting, performance optimization and analytics. ●Workingknowledge of display advertising exchanges, behavioral targeting, and performance-based optimization strongly preferred ●Workingknowledge and understanding of VAST and VPAID as well as Open RTB Video Ad serving requirements ●Workingknowledge of SQL&BIToolset required (Microstrategy / Tableau / Hadoop / etc.) ●Workingknowledge of HTML,JavaScript, MySQL, Excel ● Workingknowledge with Unix command line and scripting ●Workingknowledge&experience working with debuggers, browser inspectors, IDE tools, building and deploying software ●Working knowledge of HTTPprotocol, networking, CDN, Web performance factors
