RESPONSIBILITY

職務内容

・ Learn and apply global best practices across Magnite’s technology suite
・ First point of contact for some existing and potential client communication.
・ Lead to develop, train and manage existing and potential clients
・ Assist with hiring/interviewing process
・ Manage strategic partner relationships
・ Manage publisher/advertiser integrations, onboarding, and support
・ Manage DSP integrations, onboarding and ongoing support
・ Manage publisher/advertiser testing initiatives
・ Manage business development in client prospecting and pre-integration
・ Obtain, document and report customer feedback regarding product needs
・ Coordinate Global Inventory Quality & Media Planning efforts
・ Demonstrate proficiency in all troubleshooting activities
・ Audit operational activities of Account Coordinators to ensure quality
・ Submit technical escalations
・ Prepare billing files, ensuring compliance standards are met
・ Responsible for administrative entries
・ Monitor data/revenue trends and escalate abnormalities
・ Prepare QBRs and submit for review
・ Develop a thorough understanding of all Magnite functional teams
・ Maintain and improve knowledge of Magnite’s technology suite
・ Maintain and improve knowledge of industry news, standards and trends
・ Exploring new markets in coordination with media agencies, Brands, DSPs
・ Accountable for increasing the programmatic sales revenue from existing
markets
