職務内容
Search Engine Advertising and Social media, Programmatic Media are fast-growing areas of digital media and performance marketing. We are looking for a specialist with knowledge of the search engine and Social, DSP/DMP market space in Japan to join our team of experts. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think strategically, manage search and programmatic tactics within campaigns, deliver performance optimizations, and maintain good working relationships with external partners. Also, manage the operation team and control the team to move smoothly.
Responsibilities
•Grasp the competence of members and make appropriate business arrangements.
•Training team members
•Create strategies that deliver client marketing goals via search and Social media, programmatic
•Develop data-driven media approaches and targeting strategies
•Create keywords and creative ideas in collaboration within integrated team
•Develop tracking strategies aligned with measurement requirements
•Manage orders with external partners
•Visualize campaign effects and provide analysis of causes/attribution
•Develop an optimization plans and review with clients
•Communicate effectively with platform partners, tool vendors, etc.
•Track with market developments and share with clients
•Adjust and negotiate, as necessary
•Daily communication with offices in other markets
•Information exchange and reporting, as necessary
Cooperation with Global Network (directly, or through translator/interpreter)

必須スキル・経験
Google AdWords Certification Holder
•Experience in team management.
•Operating experience with Google AdWords and/or Yahoo Search is important.
•Operating experience with Facebook Ads and/or Twitter Ads and/or LINE Ads.
•To have experience with programmatic media via DSP, and with digital media planning more generally.
•Ability to manage teams
•Clear understanding of planning and operation in search
•Data compilation and analysis ability in search
•Ability to understand client's brief and deliver it via search
•Clear understanding of Social advertising
•Understanding of programmatic advertising
•Ability to carry out and manage everyday tasks
•Understanding of performance measurement of general advertising and digital marketing
•Understanding of strengths and weaknesses of various tools of media research and their effective use
•Be proven to have computer use ability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
•Written and verbal advanced communication skills
•Ability to negotiate
•Time management ability
•High ability to manage numbers
